Job summary

Advanced Energy in Cavite is seeking a Facility Supervisor (Maintenance) to lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs, maximizing equipment reliability and uptime. This role oversees maintenance personnel and contractors and drives cost-effective, compliant operations across the facility.

The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years in facilities maintenance within manufacturing, supervised teams, and a strong grasp of maintenance methodologies and plant infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline.
• 8-12 years of progressive experience in facilities operations or maintenance within manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Proven supervisory experience leading engineers, technicians, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance planning and execution to maximize equipment uptime and asset reliability.
• Supervise maintenance personnel and contractors ensuring safety, quality, and standards.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and implement actions to improve maintenance efficiency and reliability.
• Manage maintenance budgets and control costs while supporting production needs.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for major equipment failures.
• Develop strategies to improve equipment reliability and extend asset life cycles.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support production requirements and facility upgrades.
• Prepare and present maintenance performance reports and improvement plans.
