Advanced Energy is seeking a Facilities Supervisor (Operations) to lead daily facility and utility operations, ensuring reliable support to manufacturing. You will oversee Shift Engineers and Technicians, guiding maintenance and performance improvements across electrical, HVAC, and other critical utilities.

Candidate should have 8–12 years in facilities or manufacturing maintenance and strong EH&S knowledge.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 8–12 years of progressive experience in facilities operations, utilities, or manufacturing maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of electrical distribution, HVAC, compressed air, water, fire protection, and other infrastructure.
• Experience with utility operations, emergency response, and risk management.
• Knowledge of environmental, health, safety, and regulatory requirements for facility operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise daily operation of facility and utility systems to support manufacturing.
• Develop and mentor Shift Engineers and Operations Technicians.
• Monitor performance and efficiency of electrical, HVAC, compressed air, water, and critical utilities.
• Lead emergency response and recovery activities to minimize downtime.
• Analyze data and KPIs to identify reliability improvements.
• Ensure compliance with EH&S and regulatory requirements.
