Job summary

Museum of Ice Cream is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Manager to oversee day-to-day maintenance, safety compliance, and project coordination across museum assets including buildings, trucks, and pop-ups. You will lead a facilities team, manage vendors, control budgets, and ensure brand standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

This full-time role requires strong leadership, 2+ years in facilities/engineering operations, CAD/3D printing familiarity, and bilingual communication

Qualifications

• Senior Facilities Technician with 2+ years in technical/engineering operations and team coordination.
• Reading and collaborating on CAD drawings and 3D-printed designs is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities maintenance across museum assets and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Lead and develop the Facilities team; manage special projects and vendor relationships.
