Job summary

TP is seeking an Facilities Repair & Maintenance Supervisor/Specialist to lead day-to-day maintenance and facilities operations. You will design preventive maintenance programs, manage vendor relationships, and supervise a team to ensure business continuity and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include overseeing trades (electrical, HVAC, hydraulics, plumbing, carpentry, masonry), enforcing safety standards, and driving process improvements to optimize facility performance and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Facilities Management, or related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years progressive facilities repair/maintenance experience, with 1–2 years in a supervision role.
• Certifications/Licenses: Registered Engineer (REE, RME, CE) or certified safety professional preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, and schedule daily maintenance workflows, major repair projects, renovations, and routine inspections.
• Oversee electrical distribution, HVAC/mechanical systems, hydraulics, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry.
• Supervise installation, component substitution, overhaul, cleaning, and testing of structural systems and mechanical equipment.
• Drive waste reduction programs, utility audits, and space optimization strategies.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate agreements with third-party service contractors and material suppliers for maintenance and CapEx purchases.
• Oversee contractor performance on-site for scope compliance, timelines, and budget.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, fire safety, environmental standards, and occupational safety regulations (OSHA, DOLE-BOSH).
• Conduct facility audits, hazard assessments, and equipment certifications to maintain audit-ready premises.
• Mentor and evaluate maintenance technicians; manage team deliverables.
• Implement process improvements to enhance day-to-day facility workflows and reduce downtime.
• Make operational decisions balancing speed, safety, and cost.
