• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and construction methods.
• Strong technical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Knowledge of occupational safety standards, building codes, and maintenance practices.
• Good coordination and communication skills, particularly with contractors and maintenance personnel.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and maintenance documentation/reporting.
• Willing to perform site inspections and supervise maintenance, repair, and minor construction works.
