Job summary

• Track breakdowns and analyze causes. 52-week planner
• Maintain SOPs, AMCs, logs, and records.
• Coordinate with BUH/business teams.
• Manage store inventory and stock checks.
• Maintain uptime of critical M&E services. including AMC.
• Conduct vendor meetings and prepare minutes for tracking
• Support vendor selection and renewals.
• Handle asset reports and scrap disposal.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Support statutory and client audits.
• Handle internal/external audits and compliances.
• Manage HOTO for new infrastructure.
• Support facility downsizing and project moves.
• Validate IFMS attendance and SLA.
• Ensure BCM readiness and fast recovery.
• Oversee physical security, access control, and CCTV.
