Job summary

BAUCH (Phils.) Laboratories Corp. in Silang, Cavite is seeking a Facilities & HVAC Engineer to ensure pharmaceutical facilities operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory standards.

The role focuses on HVAC maintenance and related systems (De-ionized Water, Waste Water, compressed air), with opportunities for Pollution Control Officer accreditation and safety training. You will work Monday through Saturday, 48 hours per week, as a direct-hire, full-time position maintaining

Qualifications

• BS Mechanical Engineering or BS Electrical Engineering (related field); license not required but a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as engineer/technician in pharma manufacturing, focusing on HVAC repair, troubleshooting and installation.
• Hands-on knowledge of PHARMACEUTICAL FACILITIES HVAC, De-ionized Water, Waste Water, and Compressed Air systems.
• Willing to train for Pollution Control Officer (DENR/LLDA) and BOSH SO2 (DOLE) certification and implement compliance.
• Excellent documentation skills and strong understanding of regulatory manufacturing compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure manufacturing equipment, machines and facilities are efficient, safe and compliant with regulatory standards.
• Maintain and operate HVAC systems and related utilities (De-ionized Water, Waste Water, Compressed Air) for pharmaceutical facilities.
• Coordinate training and accreditation for Pollution Control Officer and ensure plant-wide compliance.
• Maintain thorough documentation to support GMP/cGMP compliance.

About the Role:

As a Facilities & HVAC Engineer - Pollution Control and Safety Officer for a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our manufacturing equipment, machines, and facilities are efficient, safe, and compliant.

Qualifications:

• Graduate or undergraduate of BS Mechanical Engineering or BS Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Professional License is not required, but a plus).

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an engineer or technician in pharmaceutical manufacturing specializing in HVAC repair, troubleshooting, and installation.

• Hands on Experience and knowledge in the maintenance and operation of PHARMACEUTICAL FACILITIES especially HVAC, De-ionized Water System, Waste Water System, and Compressed Air systems are advantageous.

• Willing to be sent for training and accreditation as Pollution Control Officer (DENR and LLDA) and BOSH SO2 (DOLE) - and implement the compliance into the Facilities of the manufacturing plant.

• Excellent documentation skills and a strong understanding of manufacturing compliance with regulatory bodies.

• Willingness to work in Silang, Cavite, Mondays to Saturdays 48 hours a week.
