Advanced Energy in Cavite, Philippines, seeks a Facilities Engineer (Preventive Maintenance) to lead planning, scheduling, and execution of PM programs for facility assets and utilities. Formación

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline related to facilities or plant operations.
• Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance.
• Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, and CMMS.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a manufacturing/industrial setting.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for facility and utility equipment.
• Monitor PM completion rates and ensure adherence to schedules and standards.
• Evaluate PM programs and recommend improvements to reliability and asset performance.
• Analyze failures and maintenance history to identify recurring issues and corrective actions.
• Support predictive maintenance through data analysis and equipment monitoring.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with operations, technicians, and contractors.
• Supervise technicians and provide guidance on maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation in CMMS.
• Generate reports and KPIs to support management decisions.
• Ensure safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory compliance during maintenance.
