Qualifications

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering.

• Knowledge in Boiler operation and maintenance, Air compressor / Chiller operation and maintenance.
• Technical expertise in HVAC, Building Code and Standards, electrical systems, and fire safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensures continuous operation of all building facility systems.
• Oversees outsourced maintenance / preventive maintenance and verify quality of service.
• Ensures preventive maintenance for HVAC, lighting, emergency systems, and fire suppression equipment.
• Maintains updated records of permits and certifications.
• Prepares monthly reports on maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Responds to facility emergencies promptly and implement corrective actions.
• Supports fire drills and emergency preparedness programs.
• Prepares and submits monthly utility indices and performance reports.
