Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Sanitary Engineering.
• Registered Civil Engineer or Registered Sanitary Engineer.
• At least 5 years in property management, building maintenance, or construction.
• Supervisory experience of at least 2 years.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, sanitary systems, drainage, and building codes.
• Familiar with water supply, pumps, water treatment, and wastewater management.
• Ability to read technical drawings and prepare cost estimates.
• Strong problem-solving and emergency response skills.
• Detail-oriented and cost-conscious.
• Willing to work extended hours, rotating shifts, weekends, holidays; on-call 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Manages upkeep of civil structures, plumbing, and sanitary facilities.
• Monitors system performance and ensures continuous equipment uptime.
• Conducts regular inspections to identify issues early and prevent interruptions.
• Executes corrective repairs to maintain readiness.
• Develops and follows preventive maintenance schedules for facilities and equipment.
• Performs routine checks, servicing, and replacements to avoid breakdowns.
• Documents maintenance activities and tracks completion status.
• Oversees service contracts with maintenance providers and vendors.
• Receives, documents, and responds to tenant concerns on civil, plumbing, and sanitary systems.
• Ensures maintenance works comply with building codes, health standards, and safety regulations.
