Lim Property Solutions OPC is seeking a Building Engineer to oversee building operations, maintenance, and technical systems, ensuring facilities are properly maintained, operational, and compliant with standards.

The role involves inspections, troubleshooting, and coordinating repairs, while supporting turnover and reporting tasks. The candidate should have 1–2 years of related experience and be willing to be deployed in Aurora, Isabela.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer required.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in building operations or facilities management.
• Knowledge of building systems, equipment and maintenance procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office and report preparation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills; able to work independently.
• Willing to be deployed in Aurora, Isabela.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily building operations, maintenance, and technical systems.
• Conduct regular building inspections and identify issues.
• Troubleshoot building-related concerns and coordinate repairs.
• Monitor preventive maintenance activities and ensure timely completion.
• Assist in building turnover and handover processes.
• Prepare maintenance and inspection reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with Property Management Team, contractors and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with safety, maintenance and operational standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
