Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• Registered Electrical Engineer licensure.
• 3–5 years of hands-on building engineering or facilities maintenance experience.
• Experience with BAS and CMMS platforms; ability to read schematics/blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Diagnose equipment failures, respond to alarms, and resolve service requests.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized work.
