Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. in Baguio seeks a licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer to oversee the operation and maintenance of building facilities.

On-site role requiring strong hands-on experience with HVAC systems, gensets, boilers, and electrical/mechanical systems across commercial properties. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of relevant experience, a professional engineering license, and will report to the Operations Lead within the Commercial Properties Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer (RME/REE) preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with building facilities and MEPF systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and maintenance of HVAC, boilers, and GenSets in commercial properties.
• Ensure preventive maintenance and timely troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with Operations Lead and Commercial Properties Group.

Technical & Industry Experience

Candidates should have solid hands-on experience in the operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and management of building facilities and MEPF systems, particularly:

Employment Arrangement
