Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Facilities Associate with a Licensed Electrical Engineer background to monitor critical rooms and data center spaces onsite, ensuring operations run at peak efficiency. You will perform emergency maintenance, review electrical plans and single-line diagrams, monitor preventive and corrective maintenance, and forecast consumption within budget.

Qualifications

• Licensed Electrical Engineer with active license.
• Experience in monitoring data center rooms and critical facilities.
• Knowledge of electrical plans and single-line diagrams.
• Understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor critical rooms/data center rooms for optimum operation.
• Perform emergency maintenance and repairs.
• Monitor compliance of preventive & corrective maintenance and equipment condition.
• Monitor site utilities and forecast consumption within budget.

Responsible in monitoring and ensuring that critical rooms/data center rooms onsite are operating in optimum conditions

Performs emergency maintenance/repair

Has good level of understanding of electrical plans/single-line diagram

Monitors compliance of preventive & corrective maintenance, as well as condition of equipment and other systems within the building

Monitors site utilities and provides control, analysis, and assist in forecasts of consumption based on budget

Initiates meetings with different Resource units, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure 100% uptime

Assist with major project renovations and coordination with building personnel and other departments

Ensures that site is compliant to all regulatory requirements from the LGU and other related government agencies
