Job summary

Prime@Technology Specialists, Inc. is seeking an experienced Fiber Deployment Coordinator to support FTTH projects in the Philippines.

The role focuses on coordinating daily field activities, tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and ensuring alignment with engineering, design, and field teams. You will coordinate with contractors for civil works, fiber installation, and restoration activities, assist in securing permits and ROW approvals with LGUs, monitor inventory, and prepare

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Telecommunications Engineering, IT, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in telecom, construction or infrastructure projects.
• FTTH or fiber optic project experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of feeder, distribution, and drop fiber network architecture preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities for Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) deployment projects
• Track and monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Liaise with engineering, design, and field teams to ensure alignment on project scope and schedule
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for civil works, fiber installation, and restoration activities
• Assist in securing permits and right-of-way (ROW) approvals with local government units (LGUs)
• Monitor inventory and delivery of materials (fiber cables, splitters, OLT/ONT equipment)
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records
• Identify project risks, delays, and issues; escalat as needed
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
• Support customer installation scheduling and service activation coordination
