Job summary

CBRE in the Philippines is seeking a Multi-skilled Technician to perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems within the Engineering and Technical Services function.

You will inspect, diagnose, and fix routine issues, assist with installation and modification of equipment, and review work orders to estimate time and materials, ensuring building systems operate efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or vocational qualification in facilities management or engineering.
• NCII certificate required.
• At least 3 years of experience in facilities management, engineering/maintenance.

About The Role

As a CBRE Multi-skilled Technician, you will perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on a mechanical, electrical, and other building system.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You'll Do

• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs. Work with available systems to manage and track completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
• Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Report violations to Management.

About You

• Bachelor's Degree or Vocational Graduate of any course related to Facilities Management or Engineering
• NCII Certificate required
• At least 3 years of experience in Facilities Management, Engineering/Maintenance
• Has strong technical knowledge of building systems and facilities equipment (Electrical/Mechanical/HVAC)
• Leadership and management experience
• Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, 6 days a week, weekends/ holidays
• Can start ASAP
