Job summary

The New Albergus Inc. is seeking a Facilities and Maintenance Staff for our Quezon City location. This full-time onsite role involves hands-on maintenance tasks and routine inspections to ensure facility integrity and safety.

Responsibilities include assisting electrical, plumbing, mechanical, welding, and other maintenance activities, performing preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to keep equipment in good condition.

Qualifications

• Undergraudate or graduate of any relevant technical course or vocational graduate with NC II/SMAW/Automotive Servicing certifications.
• Hands-on experience in repairs, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and facility upkeep.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, welding, or automotive maintenance is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and general facility repairs.
• Assist in electrical, plumbing, mechanical, welding, and other maintenance activities.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and ensure proper upkeep of company facilities and equipment.
• Perform hands-on maintenance work and other related tasks as assigned.
• Observe workplace safety procedures and maintenance standards.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate or graduate of any relevant technical course, or vocational graduate with NC II certification in Electrical Installation and Maintenance (EIM), Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), Automotive Servicing, or related fields.
• With hands-on experience in general repairs, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and facility upkeep.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, welding, or automotive maintenance is an advantage.
• Physically fit and willing to perform manual labor and other maintenance-related tasks.
• Able to operate basic hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Hardworking, reliable, flexible, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
