Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Fix electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and repair structural elements.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify issues and perform routine upkeep.
• Paint, clean, and repair surfaces inside and outside of buildings.
• Install furniture, lighting fixtures, and other fixtures.
• Diagnose issues with machines or infrastructure and determine repair methods.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, following safety protocols.
