SLB Management in Manila is seeking a skilled Building Facade Shop Drawing Designer/Drafter to develop detailed shop and fabrication drawings for US facade projects, mainly NYC market. The role requires 3–5 years in facade drafting, strong AutoCAD and BIM coordination, and coordination with architects and engineers.

The position offers 10:00 am-6:00 pm PH time hours (40 per week). Initially remote, with on-site 3x weekly once the Makati office opens next year.

Competenze

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facade drafting or shop drawing production.
• Extensive knowledge of curtain wall, storefront, unitized curtain wall, and related facade systems.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and strong Revit/BIM coordination.

Mansioni

• Prepare detailed shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation drawings for facade systems.
• Develop and maintain 2D drawings with AutoCAD; interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings.
• Coordinate facade designs with architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers; produce construction-ready docs.
