Job summary

Accelerate Construction Services in the Philippines is seeking a design and engineering professional to create fabrication drawings for panels, electrical enclosures, cable trays, ladders, and related components, ensuring precise dimensions and material specs.

You will supervise fabrication personnel, review CNC and other processes, generate BOMs, and prepare cost estimates while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and design visualization software.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Valid professional engineering license required.
• Background in panel boards and electrical fabrication is a plus.
• Extensive experience in producing project cost estimates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fabrication drawings including panels boards, electrical enclosures, cable trays and ladders, wire ways, pull boxes and junction box, meter centers, LVSG, ATS, MTS
• Apply knowledge of dimensions, material thickness, load requirements and tolerance
• Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Supervise fabrication personnel and machine operators
• Operate and review CNC Laser, press brake and other fabrication processes
• Monitor production quality, productivity, and schedule
• Troubleshoot fabrication and engineering issues
• Prepare fabrication reports, inspection documents, and production records
• Prepare cost estimates for projects
• Ensure safety procedures are followed

Design and Engineering role involving fabrication drawing, shop drawing and detail drawing for panels boards, electrical enclosures, cable trays and ladders, wire ways, pull boxes and junction box, meter centers, LVSG, ATS, MTS fabrication and powder coating services.
