Responsibilities

• Managing staff: Directing and scheduling the kitchen, bar, and food and beverage servers
• Customer service: Responding to customer feedback and complaints, and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Inventory: Maintaining inventory and controlling costs
• Menu knowledge: Explaining the food and beverage menu to guests
• Dining room: Ensuring the cleanliness and general look of the dining room
• Seating: Assisting in seating customers during peak hours
• Collaboration: Working closely with the kitchen and service staff
• Budget: Adhering to the food and beverage budget
• Safety: Ensuring safety for themselves and others in the workplace
