Job summary

Quest Plus Conference Center Manila is seeking a Food & Beverage Sales Executive to drive sales across all F&B outlets, build strong customer relationships, and promote events. Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, the role focuses on executing sales strategies and expanding business growth.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of F&B sales leadership experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Restaurant & Institution Management or equivalent.
• Post graduate diploma is an advantage.
• Capable of training subordinates.
• Proven leadership of a multi-faceted food and beverage sales team within a major area.
• Three to five years of related/relevant experience as F&B Sales Executive / Coordinator.
• Amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of outlets' selling points, features, amenities, services, and policies.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing, primary contact for F&B bookings/inquiries.
• Coordinate with Outlet Managers to promote events.
• Achieve hotel F&B sales targets by building relationships with customers.
• Generate new and maintain relationships via face-to-face sales calls, calls, entertainment, and site inspections.
• Raise awareness of hotel outlets and facilities to cover accounts and hit targets.
• Provide market feedback and conduct research to identify new selling strategies.

Job description

The Food & Beverage Sales Executive plays a key role in enhancing guest satisfaction, improving team member performance, and driving business results across the F&B operation. Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, this position focuses on executing sales strategies, seizing business opportunities in all F&B outlets, cultivating new customer relationships, and expanding business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of all outlets' unique selling points, features, amenities, services, and policies, as well as those of the competition.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing Department, serving as the primary contact for all F&B-related bookings and inquiries.
• Coordinate with Outlet Managers to promote special events and occasions.
• Achieve individual Hotel Food & Beverage sales targets by developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
• Generate new and maintain existing customer relationships through various sales activities, including face-to-face sales calls, telephone calls, entertainment, and site inspections.
• Create awareness of the hotel's outlets and facilities to ensure complete coverage of your portfolio of accounts and achieve set targets and maximum productivity.
• Provide feedback to the Director of Food & Beverage on changing market conditions, review direct competition, and conduct regular research to identify new selling strategies.
