Job summary

create synergies inc. is seeking a seasoned Operations Leader in Mandaluyong for onsite role in the Food & Beverage sector.

You will design, implement, and standardize operational processes, manage BOMs and product specifications, and drive cost efficiency and compliance across business units. Responsibilities include developing process controls, ensuring food safety, and leading cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and implement best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science or related field.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in process standardization, BOM management, or process control in F&B.
• Strong understanding of food manufacturing, quality management systems, food safety standards, and operational excellence.
• Proven experience developing SOPs, standardizing processes, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to drive operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and standardization of operational processes across units to improve consistency, efficiency, and compliance.
• Manage BOMs, recipes, product specs, and process documentation for accuracy and cost efficiency.
• Develop and monitor process controls to uphold quality, food safety, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with Production, QA, Supply Chain, and Operations to optimize workflows and share best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement through evaluation, performance analysis, root-cause identification, and corrective actions.
