Job summary

Grand Hyatt Manila is seeking an experienced Operations Manager-The Peak to oversee dual Food & Beverage outlets within the F&B Beverage Division. You will support the Director of Food & Beverage in planning, directing administrative and outlet operations to meet daily needs and maintain exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years as F&B management in upscale environments.
• Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale setting is preferred.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple outlets.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of dual F&B outlets within the F&B Beverage Division and support to the Director of F&B.
• Plan and direct administrative and outlet operations to meet daily needs while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Lead Outlet Managers and ensure marketing calendars, financials, manning and product offerings align with Hyatt standards.
• Act as Business Manager and Marketing Specialist to drive outlet profitability and guest experience.
