Japan Specialty Foods Inc. is seeking a capable supervisor for our food service team in Laguna/Santa Rosa area.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, Dietetics, or related hospitality field, and at least 2 years of supervisory experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant service. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Food and Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of Supervisory/managerial experience in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
• Strong organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing).
• Pro-active in resolving issues and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work on rotation shifts.
