Job summary

Conti's Specialty Foods, Inc. is seeking an experienced accounting professional responsible for preparing financial reports, validating entries, and analyzing income statement variances.

The role requires a Bachelor's in accounting (CPA preferred), at least 3 years of experience, and warehouse inventory experience for reporting. Based in the Philippines, you will coordinate with store operations and inventory custodians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related accounting field.
• CPA certification is preferred.
• With warehouse inventory experience for financial reporting.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, validates, submits and/or files financial reports (financial statements, cost of sales, price value analysis, intercompany reconciliation, asset depreciation).
• Conducts account analysis to ensure accuracy and timeliness of accounting entries.
• Validates encoded quantities in month-end inventory count; coordinates with Inventory Custodians and inventory accuracy with Store Operations.
• Analyzes the comparison of actual income statement balances with the budget.
• Able to exemplify and coach direct reports.
