Fredley Group of Companies in the Philippines seeks a General Accountant - Profit and Loss to maintain accurate financial records for its food and beverage operations. Responsibilities include recording ledgers, preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, monitoring costs and inventory, and supporting budgeting and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality or F&B.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks and POS integration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Understanding of cost accounting and inventory control principles.
• Experience in a corporate finance environment or audit firm.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance in Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update general ledgers and sub-ledgers for all operations.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports weekly and monthly.
• Process accounts payable and receivable; monitor supplier and customer balances.
• Analyze food and beverage costs, wastage, and variances; assist with inventory valuation.
• Audit daily sales summaries; reconcile with POS data and cash/card payments.
• Assist budgeting and forecasting; provide variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and assist audits.
