Job summary

Fredley Group of Companies in Quezon City is seeking an Audit Admin/Associate to provide administrative and operational support to the Internal Audit Department across multiple stores and departments. The role involves audit documentation, data gathering, report preparation, monitoring, and travel to various store locations as needed.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Internal Audit, or related fields.

Qualifications

• Experience in audit, accounting, administrative, inventory, or store operations is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting regular and surprise audits of company stores and other business units.
• Review store operations and compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Assist in checking cash handling, sales transactions, POS records, deposits, and other financial documents.
• Assist in conducting inventory counts and checking inventory records against actual stock levels.
• Review store documents, reports, and supporting records for completeness and accuracy.
• Document audit findings and prepare reports for review by the Audit Team.
• Coordinate with store personnel and Operations teams regarding audit requirements and findings.
