Job summary

HRTx Inc in Makati is seeking a qualified auditor for a full-time onsite 6-month assignment. You will perform external audit engagements for international clients across industries, preparing and finalizing workpapers and ensuring compliance with PFRS/IFRS.

You will collaborate with engagement teams, gather information, and apply CaseWare to document procedures and findings. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Accountancy (CPA an advantage) and strong communication and client-management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field; CPA advantage.
• Experience in external audit engagements, including financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations.
• Knowledge of accounting and auditing standards, including PFRS and IFRS.
• Ability to analyze financial data, prepare audit documentation, and manage audit tasks independently.
• Strong communication, organizational, and client management skills with international teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform external audit engagements, including compilations, reviews, and other audit-related procedures for international clients across various industries.
• Prepare, review, and finalize audit workpapers while ensuring accuracy, compliance with relevant accounting and auditing standards, and timely completion of deliverables.
• Collaborate with engagement teams and international clients to gather necessary information, discuss audit matters, and maintain clear and effective communication throughout the audit process.
• Apply audit methodologies, tools, and software (including CaseWare) to properly document audit procedures, findings, and conclusions while maintaining audit quality and accuracy.
• Support end-to-end audit engagements by identifying risks, resolving audit issues, and ensuring compliance with professional standards and quality requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field; CPA qualification is an advantage.
• Experience in external audit engagements, including financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations.
