Gem Foods International, Inc. in North Caloocan is seeking an Export Sales Assistant to support order processing and customer coordination in a bustling export operation.

You will assist in preparing Sales Orders and Proforma Invoices, check details, monitor progress, and coordinate with Purchasing, Production, and Logistics to keep orders on track. A degree in Business Admin and familiarity with Microsoft Office are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related course.
• At least 6 months of related experience is an advantage.
• Basic to good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with documents and information.
• Organized and able to keep track of tasks and deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to learn and work with different teams.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in preparing Sales Orders and Proforma Invoices based on confirmed customer orders.
• Help check order details to make sure information is complete and accurate.
• Monitor the progress of customer orders and follow up with concerned teams when needed.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, and Logistics to help keep orders on track.
• Assist in checking customer requirements and coordinating any additional documents or approvals needed.
