The role requires close coordination with multiple departments to finalize shippable orders and prepare invoices.

You will maintain export records, address discrepancies, and monitor shipment status to facilitate smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in merchandising, logistics, or export documentation.
• Knowledge of export documentation, invoicing, and HS code requirements.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; ERP familiarity; Unicom is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with excellent coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end export process across departments.
• Prepare invoices and packing lists with approved data.
• Maintain export records and documentation.
• Monitor shipment status and update records.
• Escalate issues to Export Merchandiser or Export Manager.
• Process franchisee non-merchandise orders.
