Job summary

Infosys BPM Philippines in Taguig is seeking an experienced order management specialist to handle domestic and export orders from entry to resolution. You will coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment and maintain accurate records across order management systems.

The role requires 3+ years in order management or customer operations, a detail-oriented mindset, and familiarity with ERP or order entry tools.

Overview of the role but not limited to:

• Process domestic and export orders accurately from order entry through resolution.
• Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in domestic/export order management, customer service, or related operations.
• Strong knowledge of order management and customer operations.
• Experience in a process-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and processing accuracy.
• ERP or order entry systems experience is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work 100% onsite in BGC, Taguig.
• Willing to work day shifts, shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as needed.
