Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Logistics Support professional in Parañaque, Philippines to manage express and standard parcel shipments. You will book shipments, update tracking events, and ensure compliance with data and client requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include investigating shipment issues, handling healthcare/pharma shipments per guidelines, and contributing to process improvements. The role requires familiarity with Tango and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in timely booking of Export & Import Parcel shipments.
• Familiarity with Tango system.
• Knowledge of Air Events track and trace.
• Ability to handle claims process for lost shipments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure processing all Export & Import Parcel shipments requests.
• Book shipments to UPS Website and register in Tango.
• Update OPS026 – Track & Trace Events accurately.
• Conduct investigations for efficient handling of shipments.
• Check Data Compliance reports and update missing information.
• Upload Commercial Invoice and UPS labels to AMS.
• Provide prompt and accurate information to clients.
• Adhere to stakeholders’ requirements.
• Contribute to Kaizen and process improvement initiatives.
• Handle Healthcare/Pharma shipments as per guidelines.
