Job summary

Ethos is seeking operations excellence managers to train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role focuses on capacity planning models, inventory forecasting spreadsheets, and workflow maps, with a strong emphasis on reducing costs and cycle times.

You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows, including SOP playbooks and operational readiness checklists.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing capacity planning models, inventory forecasting spreadsheets, or workflow process maps in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Experience authoring SOP playbooks and process improvement business cases that measurably reduced cost or cycle time.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced operations excellence managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for operations excellence managers with 4+ years in operations management, capacity planning, or continuous process improvement to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: capacity planning models, standard operating procedure playbooks, workflow process maps, inventory forecasting spreadsheets, process improvement business cases, and operational readiness checklists.

Compensation

$70/hour

Commitment

Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
