Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced M&A analysts to train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. Remote, flexible schedule, 5–20 hours per week, ASAP start.

You will own DCF, trading comps, and LBO analyses, producing high-quality memos for institutional stakeholders. 5+ years in equity research or valuation advisory required; strong written communication and attention to detail essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in equity research, credit analysis, or valuation advisory with direct ownership of DCF, trading comps, and LBO models.
• Deep fluency in credit risk assessment, covenant analysis, and investment committee memo writing for institutional stakeholders.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced M&A analysts who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for M&A analysts with 5+ years in equity research, credit analysis, or valuation advisory to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: discounted cash flow valuation models, comparable company trading analyses, credit risk memos, leveraged buyout models, covenant compliance summaries, and investment committee memos.
