Job summary

Ethos is seeking directors of product management to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This role requires 4+ years owning PRD, roadmaps, and launches to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs across core workflows.

Compensation is $80/hour with flexible commitment of 5-20 hours per week and fully remote work. Start date is ASAP, and you will work on your own schedule.

About This Opportunity

We’re working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced directors of product management who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. We’re looking for directors of product management with 4+ years owning product roadmaps, PRDs, and go-to-market launches to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: product requirements documents and spec reviews, quarterly roadmap and prioritization decks, feature launch and go-to-market readiness plans, A/B test and experiment readout summaries, user research synthesis and opportunity briefs, and stakeholder and executive product update decks.

Compensation: $80/hour

Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule
