Job summary

SKILLS DEVELOPMENT ACADEMY PTE LTD is seeking an energetic Events & Experiential Marketing Manager to plan and execute engaging offline marketing activities, events and brand experiences in the Philippines. The role focuses on developing event concepts, managing external partners and ensuring activations align with brand and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Events Management, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Relevant experience in events, experiential marketing, retail activations or roadshows.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple vendors, timelines and operational requirements.
• Resourceful, hands-on and able to manage last-minute changes effectively.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good eye for presentation, branding and customer experience.
• Experience in procurement, supplier management or event production will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute marketing events, activations, roadshows and other offline initiatives.
• Develop engaging event concepts and customer experiences that strengthen brand awareness and engagement.
• Source and evaluate suitable event opportunities, venues and external partners.
• Manage event logistics, timelines, budgets and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, venue partners and other external stakeholders.
• Oversee the development and production of event materials, displays, promotional items and marketing collateral.
• Continuously review event setups and customer experiences to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage procurement and sourcing of marketing and event-related materials.
• Maintain and review vendor and supplier relationships.
• Support larger-scale events, campaigns and special projects where required.
• Track event performance, participation and other relevant outcomes.
• Prepare post-event reviews and recommendations for future improvements.
• Ensure all events and activations are executed in accordance with company standards.
