Job summary

Outcomm, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Officer to oversee business and growth strategies for experiential marketing.

The role requires leading end-to-end project management for activations, ensuring quality, budget and timelines are met, and managing financial performance including P&L and profitability tracking. The ideal candidate will lead and mentor accounts, production and operations teams, collaborate with Creative, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Compliance, and foster partnerships
