Job summary

Spacey Design Manila is seeking a Creative Designer who can turn ideas into compelling visual concepts for experiential activations, exhibits, and signage. Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, creative design, technical design, or related work.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience with 3D visualization or rendering software is a strong advantage.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, layout skills, and production-ready artwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, layouts, and visual designs for experiential activations, exhibits, retail fit-outs, events, and signage.
• Produce presentation materials, mock-ups, and high-quality renderings for client pitches.
• Create production-ready artwork with accurate dimensions, specifications, and file formats.
• Prepare technical layouts that support fabrication and production teams.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Project Management, Estimation, and Production throughout project execution.
• Revise and refine designs based on client feedback and operational requirements.
• Ensure artwork is practical, buildable, and aligned with production capabilities.
• Maintain organized project files, design assets, and version control.
• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and production techniques.
• Help maintain Spacey's creative quality standards across every project.
