Job summary

Light Aesthetiz is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Consultant to join our on-site team in the Philippines. You will perform expert consultations, tailor treatment plans, and clearly explain procedures, benefits, risks, and aftercare to clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Aesthetic Consultant, Beauty Consultant, or similar role.
• Experience in an aesthetic clinic, medical spa or beauty industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments such as injectables, lasers, skin treatments, body contouring, facials, and skincare products.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and converting consultations into treatment packages.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional consultations with clients to understand their aesthetic concerns, goals, and expectations.
• Recommend suitable aesthetic treatments and treatment plans based on clients' needs and clinic protocols.
• Explain treatment procedures, benefits, expected results, potential risks, and aftercare clearly with professionalism.
• Achieve individual and clinic sales targets through ethical consultation and effective conversion of enquiries into treatment plans.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients and encourage repeat visits.
• Follow up with clients after consultations and treatments to ensure satisfaction and identify further treatment needs.
• Maintain accurate client records, consultation notes, treatment plans, and follow-up information.
• Handle client enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels promptly.
• Work closely with doctors, therapists, nurses, and clinic management to ensure smooth client journeys.
• Maintain a high level of product and treatment knowledge and stay updated on the latest trends in aesthetic medicine and skincare.
