Job summary

Bayer in the Philippines (Taguig) is seeking an Expense Operations Associate to process employee expense claims in Concur or Appzen, ensure policy compliance, and support reimbursements and audits.

You will analyze expense data, generate reports, and assist with policy guidance and training while collaborating across departments. Strong English, SAP and MS Office skills required; travel may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience with Concur expense system.
• Knowledge of Travel Expense Accounting.
• Experience with SAP accounting.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process expense reports in Concur or Appzen.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and proper coding.
• Process reimbursements accurately and timely.
• Provide guidance on expense policies to employees.
• Generate expense reports and analyze data for trends.
• Assist with audits and maintain documentation for auditors.
• Prepare trainings and support SAP Concur initiatives.
