SPX Philippines Inc. is seeking a proactive professional to support business development and project management across operations. The role involves feasibility studies, planning, supplier onboarding, and cross‑functional coordination with internal teams and external partners.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in relevant fields, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and excellent communication in English and Filipino. Travel locally is expected as part of the role.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in management, communications, operations management, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years in business development, project management, or sales.
• Strong track record of successful project management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and G Suite, especially Excel, Sheets, Slides.
• Excellent critical thinking and interpersonal skills.
• Strong English and Filipino communication.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Willingness to travel locally.

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:

Requirements:
