Job summary

Shopee in Metro Manila is seeking an Operations Project Manager to drive feasibility analyses, develop detailed plans to monitor project development, and onboard facilities and service providers for key initiatives.

You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to source partners, onboard lessors and contractors, and launch high‑impact projects that enhance operational capacity and deliver measurable cost savings for Shopee.

Responsibilities

• Determining the feasibility of current & planned initiatives through quantitative and qualitative analyses
• Prepare detailed plans to track and monitor project development and performance
• Source, negotiate for, and fully onboard facilities viable for use by the company and its relevant partners
• Source and onboard lessors, contractors, and service providers
• Coordinate directly with relevant internal stakeholders and external partners
• Successfully launch high-impact projects to increase the operational capability of and drive cost savings for the company
