Job summary

Emapta Global is seeking an experienced Senior Business Support leader to oversee a high-performing team in the Philippines. You will enable senior executives to perform at their best, drive standards, and shape an internationally connected support capability from Makati.

The role starts onsite for six months with a transition to hybrid work and offers a salary up to PHP95,000 plus a one-month sign-on bonus, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as an Administration/Business Support lead or similar role.
• Experience managing workflows and leading people (≈10 direct reports).
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook/Teams/Word/Excel/SharePoint).
• Familiarity with Power BI reporting, dashboards or data visualization is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end business support for senior stakeholders and complex activities.
• Coordinate and prioritise work across Business Support Specialists and Executive Support teams.
• Coach team members and escalate issues to senior leadership as needed.
• Monitor SLA performance and leverage dashboards to improve efficiency.
