Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of culinary experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role in a resort or hotel environment.
• Strong ability to collaborate with the Executive Chef on menus, seasonal items and guest preferences.
• Proven track record in maintaining quality, consistency and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create and modify menus.
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure proper execution of dishes during service.
• Oversee food preparation, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to standards.
• Monitor inventory, quality of ingredients, and cost control measures.
• Develop and implement SOPs for safe and efficient kitchen operations.
• Conduct regular taste tests and ensure consistency in flavor and presentation.
