For 1099 Contractors

In addition to meeting all qualifications listed for W2 employees, contractors must:

• Possess a valid Massachusetts Security/Private Investigator License.

Additional Requirements

• Excellence in Armed Service: All armed personnel must pass Omnium’s pistol qualification at our contracted range. The $58 qualification fee will be reimbursed upon achieving a passing score.
• Recognized Qualifications: A LEOSA qualification within the past 12 months may substitute for Omnium’s range qualification.

Preferred Qualifications for Executive Protection and Secure Transportation Assignments

• Specialized Training: Completion of a recognized executive protection training or security driving program (e.g., ESI, EPI, Lasorsa, Oatman, VDI, AS3, or equivalent).
• Impeccable Driving Record: A clean driving history ensures our clients’ safety and peace of mind.
• Large Vehicle Expertise: Experience driving large SUVs, such as Suburbans or Escalades, is a strong asset.
