Qualifications

6 months to 2 years of proven experience in Odoo Development.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Odoo Developers, ensuring successful project delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements.
Design, develop, test, and deploy Odoo applications and modules.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance of Odoo applications.
Stay updated on Odoo best practices and new features.
Participate in project planning and estimation.
Act as a point of contact between the development team and other stakeholders.
