Job summary

Brazen Group is seeking multiple full-time Odoo Lead Developers to drive the development, implementation, and customization of Odoo modules across India. You will lead technical design, integrate with other systems, and optimize performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates bring strong Python expertise, proficiency in PostgreSQL, and experience with ERP workflows. This role requires leadership, effective communication, and agile practices to deliver impactful

Qualifications

Excellent communication and leadership skills for team collaboration.
Proficiency in Odoo development, customization, and implementation.
Strong debugging, testing, and performance optimization skills.
Strong expertise in Python and experience with relevant frameworks.
Experience with database management systems such as PostgreSQL.
Understanding of ERP system design and workflow processes.
Experience with project management and agile methodologies is preferred.
