Job summary

Asian Paints Limited in the Philippines is seeking a Chemistry graduate to join the QA team. You will inspect and test incoming materials, calibrate instruments, and respond to market complaints ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

• BSc/ MSc in Chemistry is required.
• Age is less than 26 years.
• Strong QA mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct timely inspection and testing of incoming Raw Materials, Packing Materials, Intermediates and Finished Goods.
• Calibrate and maintain reference/master samples and testing instruments per guidelines.
• Perform quick analysis of complaints received from the market and respond promptly to field.
• Carry out audits as per defined schedule and guideline.
• Adhere to APQS (QMS, SMS & EMS).
• Conduct self-assessment per process and provide improvement suggestions in case of gaps.
• Participate in initiatives related to Productivity, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Safety and Environment improvement.
• Participate in Manufacturing Excellence and Behaviour Based Safety initiatives.
