Job summary

Dusit Thani Hotel seeks a seasoned Chef with 3–5 years in a luxury hotel or top restaurant. You will lead kitchen operations, ensure state-of-the-art food quality, and guide staff to maintain Dusit’s Thai-inspired standards.

Ideal candidate has strong knowledge of Western/Eastern cuisine, HACCP, and a proven cost-control track record. You will drive menu planning, supervise outlets, and uphold a clean, safe kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Chef experience in a 5 star hotel or top class restaurant.
• Strong working knowledge in Western/Eastern cuisine.
• Solid understanding of HACCP and food safety.
• Proven track record of cost control including food, equipment, labor and waste.
• Demonstrated passion for menu planning and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and ensures excellent quality and consistency of food per Dusit policy.
• Develops kitchen operation guidelines and directs outlet activities.
• Supervises equipment, supplies, and sanitation to maintain standards.
• Monitors market trends and customer feedback to improve offerings.
• Leads training, daily briefings, and staffing plans to match business volume.
